We’re so excited you’re interested in becoming a part of Sunny Day Markets! Our events are built to support small businesses, creators, and makers by providing fun, well-organized events with strong community attendance. Below you will find general facts, application processes and if you do not see your questions answered head over to our FAQ section!
❋ How do I become a Vendor with SDM?
We use Eventeny for ALL applications & payment processing! You will need to create an Eventeny account and all of your applications can be found in one place! APPLY HERE!
❋ When are acceptance emails sent out?
We work quickly! Most acceptance letters are sent within 1–48 hours. You’ll receive a notification letting you know if you’re accepted or placed on the waitlist.
❋ When will I receive event Set-Up Guide?
Set-Up Guides will be sent out the Tuesday morning before your event to all vendors. It is the vendors responsibility to fully read and understand what is expected at each event. Set-Up Guides from time to time may end up in your spam. Please always check your account for emails from info@sunnydaymarkets.com!
❋ Is marketing required by Vendors?
Yes. Vendor marketing is required. All participants are expected to help promote the event to ensure the best possible turnout and success for everyone involved.
❋ What type of marketing does Sunny Day Markets do for events?
Sunny Day Markets promotes every event heavily to ensure strong turnout and maximum exposure. Marketing includes but not limited to social media promotion, paid advertising, email/newsletter features, vendor spotlights, community outreach, flyers, yard signs, banners, and local magazine/newspaper advertising (when applicable), with additional marketing added as event day approaches.
❋ A Supportive Space
Sunny Day Markets staff will be onsite with an Information Booth at EVERY event! We are here to support, grow and ensure all events run smoothly! Vendors and staff are required at all times to have professional conduct with each other. If a problem arises please immediately come to the SDM Information Booth and notify staff!
❋ What is your refund policy?
Vendor fees, deposits and sponsorships sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sunny Day Markets does not issue refunds or credits if a vendor is unable to attend, cancels, or does not show up for an event. Please ensure you can commit before submitting payment.
❋ Where can I find all of your upcoming events for 2026?
In 2025, Sunny Day Markets ranked #1 on Eventeny’s national leaderboard for Most Vendor Applications Received, proving our events are among the most in-demand vendor markets in the country.
❋ Will my payment be taken out when I apply for an event?
No. Your payment is not taken when you apply. Eventeny requires a card on file to streamline the process, but your card will only be charged if your application is accepted. You will not be charged if you are denied or placed on the waitlist.
