  • The Christmas Extravaganza is one of Sunny Day Markets’ signature annual events and has become a highly anticipated holiday tradition for our community. Each year we continue to grow in attendance, vendors, and overall event experience — and we’re so excited for another unforgettable season! This is the FIFTH YEAR!

  • We’re looking for highly motivated vendors who are excited to be part of an unforgettable holiday shopping experience! We love working with vendors who are team players, actively promote the event, and show up ready to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere for shoppers. Vendors who market themselves well and engage their audience help make the entire event stronger for everyone!

    We look for a fun mix of vendors offering giftable, festive, and high-quality items! This event is perfect for:

        •    Boutique clothing & accessories

        •    Handmade items & small-batch goods

        •    Jewelry, candles, beauty, and home décor

        •    Seasonal/holiday items & personalized gifts

        •    Gourmet treats, specialty items & unique treasures

    Do you allow commercial vendors?

    We do, however commercial vendors MUST reach out to us at info@sunnydaymarkets.com to receive further details on options!

    We are working hard in 2026 to create a great shopping experience by keeping the vendor variety balanced and avoiding too many of the same products.

  • Vendor booth pricing and details are listed in the application. Your booth fee includes:

    • Your reserved vendor space at the event

    • Marketing + promotion leading up to the show

    • Placement in a highly attended, holiday-focused event

    • On-site event support from the Sunny Day Markets team

    Some booths may include add-ons or upgrades depending on the layout and venue options (corner spaces, premium placement, etc.). Once accepted, vendors will receive full event instructions, maps, and load-in details.

  • Sunny Day Markets heavily promotes the Christmas Extravaganza to ensure maximum vendor success and a strong turnout. Our marketing typically includes:

        •    Social media promotion across Sunny Day Markets platforms

        •    Paid advertising campaigns

        •    Vendor spotlights and countdown posts

        •    Community group sharing + local event listings

        •    Email/newsletter promotion

        •    Flyers and local outreach (when applicable)

        •    Yard signs placed throughout surrounding towns and high-traffic areas

        •    Large event banners and signage leading up to the show

        •    Local magazine and newspaper advertising (when applicable)

        •    And more marketing opportunities still to come as we get closer to event day!

    The Christmas Extravaganza is designed to be a high-energy holiday shopping event where customers come ready to buy gifts and support small businesses.

  • All event day logistics including setup/check-in times, event hours, and breakdown instructions will be listed in the application releasing on February 1st,2026!

    We provide clear instructions ahead of time so vendors feel confident and prepared. Our goal is always smooth load-in, a successful event day, and an organized breakdown process.

FAQ

  • Tickets drop October 1st, 2026! 🎄✨ We highly encourage purchasing tickets in advance so we can ensure the best event possible—and you’ll enjoy special perks like skipping the ticket line.

  • Yes!! 🎄✨ Santa will be with us all three days so families can enjoy all the holiday magic! He’ll take a break daily from 12:30–1:00 PM for his much-needed lunch, and we’ll also have the Grinch making appearances too!

  • Yes, this event is handicap accessible and offers handicap parking. Please note: we do not provide wheelchairs, so attendees should come prepared with any mobility equipment needed.

  • The full vendor lineup (plus the event schedule!) will be announced on October 1st, 2026 when tickets go live. Stay tuned — it’s going to be GOOD! 🎄✨

  • Yes! Our beloved Christmas Tree Farm Sponsorship Program is returning in 2026 with bigger prizes, more perks, and even more holiday magic! 🎄

  • Absolutely! 🎄✨ You can leave and come back ALL weekend long. To re-enter, just snap a photo at one of our five photo booths located throughout the show—your photo is your re-entry ticket!

  • We LOVE our furry friends 🐾 but due to the high attendance and crowds, dogs are not permitted at this event. Working service dogs are welcome and must be properly labeled as a service animal.

  • Yes! 😊 Bags are allowed. We’ll also have Sunny Day Markets shopping bags available for purchase at the ticket booth and throughout the show. Please note: bags may be subject to inspection by local officials if the need arises.

  • Yes, strollers are allowed. Please note this is a high-attendance event, so we recommend umbrella strollers when possible for easier navigation.

  • Event hours will be listed on the event page and ticketing link. Please check the official event listing for the most up-to-date schedule releasing on Oct 1st, 2026! We will have THREE full days of shopping in 2026!

  • The 5th Annual Christmas Extravaganza is hosted at the Cabarrus Arena Events Center — we can’t wait to welcome you! 🎄✨

  • Indoors, indoors, indoors! 🙌 The ENTIRE show is inside, so we are rain or shine — because we have you COVERED! 🎅🎄

  • Yes!! 🎅✨ Cabarrus Arena will have their concession stands open, and we’ll also have Christmas treats and snacks available throughout the show!

  • Most vendors accept cash, debit, and credit cards. However, we always recommend bringing some cash, just in case a vendor does not accept debit or credit.

  • Yes — ticketing depends on age! 🎄

    Children 12+: Discounted child ticket $5

  • If you lose something, don’t worry! 😊 Please head to our Information Booth located by the ticket area at the front entrance of the show and we’ll help you out.
